How it began
A lockdown dream, turned labour of love.
During lockdown, Lisa made the leap to follow a lifelong passion — caring for animals — and opened Charlie's Perfect Paws alongside her daughters. Named with love and run as a true family affair, the salon quickly became a favourite for southside families.
Between us we bring decades of experience in care, customer service and, of course, grooming. Lisa is fully qualified in dog grooming and pet first aid, and shares her home with two adored dogs, Zero and Baby, who inspired the whole thing.
Our promise is simple: treat every pet the way we treat our own — with compassion, respect and endless patience.
