- Your animal is fit, healthy and up to date with vaccinations. If your animal becomes unwell whilst in our care, you agree to us seeking veterinary care at your cost.
- I agree that the groomer cannot be held liable or responsible for any underlying skin or health problems grooming may expose.
- The groomer cannot be held responsible for the standard of grooming or mishaps that may occur while grooming an animal with behavioural issues.
- I understand that if my animal is matted, the groomer may have to shave off their coat due to the Animal Welfare Act. If this is the case, we will seek to contact you prior to this being done.
- I understand that when shaving or cutting a matted coat there is a risk of cutting the skin. Every effort to avoid this will be taken.
- I understand that if the groom has to be stopped due to behaviour or distress, the full price of the groom will still apply.
- I understand that as a consent-based groomer, if my animal is distressed the groom can be stopped and full charges will apply.
- I agree that photographs may be used on social media and our website. Any data we hold will not be provided to any other persons or businesses, except where required by law or in the event of an emergency involving a vet.
